I ditch the full size handbag when thrifting, get yourself a large fanny pack for basic shopping essentials ie: credit cards and a phone, it is completely life changing not to have to worry about your purse getting snatched and to be safely and completely hands free. You always find some amazing clothing and collectibles, this was fun to watch.

You are so detailed when describing merchandise it's so helpful. I started reselling clothes a decade ago. I cringe when I see some of the things I use to pick up..old navy etc. Nothing wrong with it just doesn't resell. I've learned alot in a decade

Used to work for Salvation Army YEARS ago. We put out damaged items because lots of people would buy the damaged items to use in ARTS AND CRAFTS projects. I my self buy damaged items to decorate my garden, yard and porch. I mean being outside they will get damaged anyway. However I understand why some one not wanting to purchase damaged items for resell. BUT some damaged items can sell at a lower price and can still bring in a smaller profit.

I do the same thing! I carry a small cross body purse. I carry my credit card and my id. A handkerchief, lip gloss and water which sits in my cart. Much easier than carrying a purse!!

Hi Karen, I am just to the part you are talking about Lularoe. I just sold a couple of my Lularoe Open Shrugs. I had them for quite a while, priced too high evidently then put on sale 25% off and boom, sold. Each sold for about $17 plus ship. One was new with tags but I had listed as pre-owned, she gave me a super great feedback on that LOL. I also pick up the disney pieces, if they are like new and priced less than $4 each, usually leggings. I have picked up a few dresses too. Also depends on dress type, size and condition. One sold 2 years ago for $60, it was a special one of course but I was very happy with that sale. I have one listed now that is sitting there though, its thicker material so probably in fall it might sell. The leggings I will get if they are plain, not printed and of course like new and priced right. I will also look at some larger size leggings, the sizes are one size (reg), Tall & Curvey (plus) and 2 Tall & Curvey (extra plus). The 2 Tall & Curvey are ones to look at...if plain or a good print, condition always has to be like new, and priced right. No you don't get a lot on the leggings unless its Disney, then sometimes I've done ok - like up to $25. And Yes the legging are comfortable, I do have several pair I wear around the house. One paid of galaxy print I like wearing out too. Ok back to your video! And my photo cropping..

Posting here as well, as I only now watched that older video: "Karen, Galle is an amazing glass to find - cameo glass. For that reason, it is heavily reproduced. The one you have is 100% a repro. "Tip Galle" means "Galle style" in Romanian. Never understood why glass artisans with such talent choose to imitate rather than create their own... but they do, and that is how they sign them, to disclose that those are not real Galle. Unfortunately, that detail gets lost in secondary / resale markets. It is still a beautiful piece and you can get a pretty penny... just not what a real one would fetch.
