Love this recipe! I've made it twice and my family asks for more! I baked once as little balls on parchment paper and once in mini muffin pan (lightly oil muffin cups) both ways turned out perfect. That’s good to hear. My zucchini extracted a fair amount of water, but the mixture was still very sloppy, even for muffin tins. Maybe I’ll steep it longer next time.

Dieser Satz: "Ich könnte dies oder das jeden Tag essen!" ist Standard und soll wohl lediglich das Interesse wecken! Ist auch ziemlich viel Ramsch dabei! Man sollte es locker nehmen und ab und zu mal kommentieren, dass man nicht ganz deppert ist!
