I make this recipe almost every weekend. Incredibly delicious schnitzels!
Ingredients for schnitzel:
Onion - 1 pc.
Turkey leg - 700 grams
1 zucchini
1 egg
Salt, black pepper, spices for chicken/meat
No vacation without this salad! It's so delicious that you can cook it every day!
Ingredients:
Chinese cabbage - 300 grams
Cucumber - 2 pcs.
Egg - 2 pcs
Corn - 200 grams
Greens (dill, spring onions, parsley)
Salt - to taste
Refuel:
Olive oil + 0.5 tbsp. Lemon juice / can be garnished with sour cream
