Totally agree with that Dior foundation stick. Not a fan of stick foundations but gave this one a try and wasn’t disappointed. A little goes a long way! Beautiful coverage. My skin looked great! What surprised me was the appearance at the end of the day. No separation (even around my nose) and skin still looked as good as it did that morning. Next time I run out of liquid foundation, I’ll give their’s a try.

I’ve not tried that foundation stick…….yet!! But in my defence as a former mua for over 20yrs and now not practicing, I am trying to make my way through hundreds of foundations and concealers before they expire. I’ve given so many away but I’m determined to use them up before buying more high end ones! I have to say, so many of the products you mentioned are ones I’m literally going through and I stand by as someone who works shifts and needs my makeup to look good and last for over 12-14hrs and look the same at the end of the day as the start! I’m applying makeup at 0300 and I trust these products! There are numerous others but certain things, especially the hugs powder (I have purchased more of lol) and the blushes and bronzers etc I agree with. I do rotate but these are products in constant rotation 😊

I love every day make up , most of the time I just use what I have. Occasionally I may swap up a few products generally I use Clinique super surge moisturizer tint, concealer Bobbi Brown, Mac powder compact, Mac frankly Scarlett blush, Guerlain bronzer on my cheeks and run through my eye socket, the glitter part in Charlotte Tilbury golden goddess palette, espresso eye shadow from my Mac palette, Clarins mascara, Clinique berry lip liner, with Mac frienda lipstick ( a beautiful hot pink ). Just my go to look. Love the video 💖💖💖💖💖

I have super straight stubby Asian lashes too. In high school I used to wear waterproof mascara and then use a hair dryer and blow them upwards and that’s the only way I could get them to curl upwards!

I’d curl them with a curled, then go in with a waterproof lengthening mascara and then the L’Oréal voluminous waterproof mascara then the good ol hair dryer! I tried every lash serum and the only one that’s worked is the million dollar 5ml bottle of latisse, now I have 8 eye lashes instead of 3! Sorry gurl!

Have to say thank you for all of the suggestions. I did a little makeup investment as my Christmas gift to myself and got some staples that I've never had before - Hourglass tinted moisturizer, Hourglass bronzer, Mario Face Sculpt, Kosas powder blushes, LYS cream blushes, Fenty lip oils, Lawless lipgloss, a mini ND shadow (never tried her stuff before) and a Sheseido lash curler. Everything has been great and game changers.

I just splurged on the Shiseido lash curler after 20 years with some random one and, while it killed me to spend $25 on an eyelash curler, OMG - gamechanger! I have small, almond, hooded eyes too and the old curler barely even got to the lashes. This baby is fabulous!

I have very hooded eyelids too. Is there anything you use to prevent the dark shadow liner from transferring up onto your eyelid? Mine transfers every time and I end up putting a dark rainbow shape above my eyelid to blend that in.

I have combo leaning oily skin and Huda Beauty powder makes me shiny in an hour. It looks beautiful on the skin when applied but it does not hold oils at all... Currently I prefer Chanel powder but I still use Huda for everyday shorter hours. But I had to be honest, if someone is expecting it to control oils throughout the day, it does not. Old Prisme Libre did much better job, and when I got Huda (expecting it to do even better job) I was disapointed.

I LOVE the Dior Foundation stick! I like to wear it sheered out and with just a little bit of the Jones Road powder where needed as my go-to everyday unclockable no-makeup makeup, it's so quick and easy to work with and truly does last all day for me -- in a year where a lot of makeup felt overhyped yet underwhelming, the Dior sticks were absolutely worth all the hype they got imo

You would have to prize the Nars creamy concealer out of my dead hands. My go to foundation is the Fenty soft-filter luminous one and Chanel inimitable mascara, i need a warm palette or Icy nudes by Huda and Oliva Palerma lipstick and for cheeks being loving Ysl pink one or the NYX Butta ones and Nyx butta bronzer and my Becca bronzer which is probably expired but it still works has no mold or smell,and am still alive it is still the goat.
