I have a fun idea for a challenge. Could y’all please catch eight Pokemon of your choice that all have random abilities. Both of you also get to pick out the move sets after catching the Pokemon. Once you both acquire teams, read off each of your team members’ Pokedex entries. If the one being read to correctly identifies a Pokemon entry, he gets the option to force a trade without knowing the moveset of the identified Pokemon. The player who gets the identity correct is also able to pick out a custom ability for the traded Pokemon. Sabotaging some of your own team members is legal. Let’s say that the two leftover Pokemon with easy Pokédex entries are physical attackers like Machamp. You can rigg the entire moveset to be special or support moves. The Pokemon can’t be pseudo legends, legends, paradox, ultra beast, mythical or, starters to make it a bit more challenging.

Part of the reason Zamazenta didn't pop off until Gen 9 was because it didn't have access to Body Press in Sword and Shield. 😅

Power Split is the move that averages attacking stats between the user and target. Power Swap switches stat stage changes, such as attack boost from Swords Dance, so it wasn't doing anything for them in those matches.

Guys, Power Swap doesn't swap base stats. It swap stat CHANGES (i.e. if enemy used Sword Dance, you steal it from the enemy and if you were intimidated, you give that -1attack to the enemy). Perhaps you wanted to use Power Split wich equalized both attacks between you and a target (if you have base 80 and opponent base 120 attack power, after Power Split you both have base 100 attack). There is also Power Trick but it swaps your own base defenses with your base attacks. There is no move that changes base attacks between you and a target other then yourself.

I don't know why you guys never use mixed attackers. Imagine maxing out that darm's sptk, so you have stab flare blitz and flamethrower. Neither of their walls would be able to come in because you can hit both.

Give eternatus maxed attack, ev it's special and speed, use it primarily as a special attacker cause that's what it's movepool leans into, with killer physical coverage when they assume you're maxed speed or special so you can break their wall.

The Maxed Out Challenge: Every pokemon you get has every stat maxed out. You may select any pokemon, but it's done in a draft. Any pokemon one person takes can not be selected by the other. As you select pokemon for the draft, you must assign them to one of 3 teams. To do this until you have 3 teams of 6. Any team may be used during any round, but you must use all 3 teams during the 3 rounds.
