the health thing that looks like a clock or meter, means the amount of times you can regenerate your hp. The bottem right meter/clock is for your food, if it turns white the thing at the most bottom rights shows up. If you clear out that bar, you either get more hp regeneration or a bunch of XP. This depletes faster if you stand still, also, your hp regenerates quicker if you stand still (also shows up bottom right corner). Hope this is helpful. Edit: if you pick a fight with a bigger fish, swim around and bite their tail. Keep turning if they keep turning so they can't fight back. Because of their turning speed, you can win a fight from the big shark without taking any damage at all.

Hey DangerouslyFunny, thanks to you I bought Cat Goes Fishing and I like it a lot. From playing it I found a way to fly fish in the game and it helps you cast a lot farther. What you need to do is buy the cast finesse item in rod upgrades and it makes it so you can left click to stop the line from going out farther so you can use this to your advantage. So to fly fish you just cast normally but you let go of left click and then click fast when the pole is almost going to come back the other way and cast. Hopefully this helps you in the next fishing video and I wanted to tell you to keep up the good work with you KZbin channel. :)

Some tips: -All you gotta do to lay eggs once you have them is not die. I *think* eating helps the progress bar, not sure. -When your hunger bar is white, it means you're digesting. There's a bar for digestion time in the lower right. -In the reef map, the biggest fish is the Great White Shark, and the music that plays when he sees you is different from that of normal predators. He hangs out near the top of the ocean, usually, somewhere near the shipwreck. -Your health is not the semicircle around the heart, I still have no idea what that is. Your health is the long red bar between that and your level. Hope this helps!

protip, the blacktip reefsharks spawn right next to the ruins, just before the large cliff that makes the dunkle bowl. If you get a devour size of somewhere between 50-60, you can spawn camp the blacktip reefsharks infinitely for a bunch of levels. It is the only spawnpoint for them into the entire map, and while you have to deal with the great white, if you manage to start sucking them up you will outlevel the great white in about 10 seconds.

small tip df. sharks have the rip ability. you bite pray and the shark will thrash around for a bit dealing continuous damage for a short time. it does overall more damage than biting over and over again. and when fighting bigger fish that can fight back attack them from behind or the side so they cant get you.
