i usually build belicas drone second just so i can make sure my R hits as hard as possible, is it really better to build her stun/knock up before the drone though? maybe it just depends on what role you're building her for?

I think if you hit the majority of your knock ups you could go with upgrading drone 2nd but leveling knock up reduce the cooldown so more knock ups and more kill potential

Same as Riktor hook I think, if you land the cc consistently then you dont need to level it but if you miss a lot, you'll want it on the lowest cd possible - level it up sooner
