I Might Just like it LEGION 2.6

Okay, I have a few games in and thought I would give you my thoughts on Star Wars Legion 2.6. I loved Legacy Legion and think I might just like the new, not new, version of Star Wars Legion. There are some growing pains, but overall, I think I like it. There is a draw for some 3D PRINTED STUFF. JUST LIKE SUBSCRIBE, COMMENT WITH THE MAGIC WORD, AND YOU WILL BE ENTERED FOR ONE OF THE THREE PRIZES.

Hi, guys. Thanks for sharing this. I'm jealous of your Europe trip. Hopefully next year! I'm looking to start playing Legion with my kids and we're all building our specific armies (rebels, Empire, GAR). I don't know if we'll start with legacy or 2.6, probably the former. Can you share the lists you practiced 2.6 with?

I play Empire/rebels/cis and all can have viable lists in 2.6 I’m actually a big fan of the airspeeder - play turn the tide round 1 and see it streak onto the board at the end of the round and give your opponent a bloody nose! Super thematic Long live legion

A price drop on the Airspeeder would be very helpful in 2.6; that being said I don't think points drop across the board is the way because I don't want to play a 15-16(or more) activation list from a purchasing point and I don't want a game to take super long because of all the activations!

@@gregstetter2689 That is true. I saw a 21-act list in a tournament review. I'm not sure how it played, but I'm sure one of the games made it to found 5 in the time limit. I like to practice with a chess clock to keep my tempo up

Fleet troopers for rebels should have red saves. Rebels just need one core trooper option with red saves and I think rebels will be fine. (Yes transport sucks too now)

@@WeAreFulcrum I agree they need the red save option, but I'm not sure the Fleet is the best to get that decently makes the most played rebel unit. Are they not just the black sun, then? Maybe give more rebels low-profile

Red saves are for armored troops, and the Rebels simply don't wear armor in canon. You'll never see a red save unit.

@@devinbrown9375, there were some armoured trooper drop shock troper rebels who had armour, but they would not be core, nor am I saying that the answer is just giving a red save unit. I just think there needs to be some balance to the cover situation. As it Is, the red save unit is way better. I don't know what an excellent way is to balance the game, but time will bring us the answer. I still like the Rebels and am still looking for their sweet spot in the game.

Rebels seem better to me in 2.6 than version 2.0. But that’s only after about 3 games with the new version.

@@rmccleish Then you have not played a good gar player the rebel trooper are better, but they still die too fast and dodges don't work against clone commandos, and most people will have three units of them, so white saves suck

2.6 is fun as a republic player until the nerf hammer comes
