Actually, getting the backing of a big KZbinr would of course help, since publicity makes YT involve actual thinking humans in the process. Until that, it's robots and brainless low-level employees that both follow a very simplistic algorithm. So if the channel is important to you, you'd best invest tine, money and effort in both obtaining legal advice and gathering support of big KZbinrs. Rossman, GN would be my first guess.

If this is someone impersonating free fire devs, it is most likely russians, they've done the exact same thing, when near a year ago some critical video about STALKER 2 was published on one belarusian channel, and some russians, claiming that they're GSC, gave a strike to this channel to undermine GSC reputation. Now they clearly just changed their tactics and try to block every popular video about STALKER 2

It really sucks that unless this goes viral, nothing will be done about it. I have no idea on how to combat this unfortunately, so I won't be able to help. When trying to Google some information, I came across a blog from Karl Rock's Blog. Never heard of that before, but it had a post called 'I Got A Fake KZbin Copyright Claim - Here's What I did Next!'. It's got a whole lot of steps in it, but again, I have no idea how it works and it also seems he got some viral traction out of it. Which ofcourse helps. Other answers are to counter claim, but as you mentioned, you think this done by someone else, as the difference is obvious. I think so too. I hope you will get out on top of this!

Well, mainly, this kind of legal relationship is not to be solved on any other platform, than KZbin itself. Hit the support with the opposite claim, that the claim is heavily unfounded, the main reason is - the games are ABSOLUTELY different, for God's grace. And if their claim is to be found fraudulent, you are to have a chance not only to restore the video, but even some kind of, let's call it, justification fee. Keep it up, mate, we are here for you.

Only options you have are to either fight or not fight -- and only if there is no content being shared between their game and your video. Also, for your other issue of someone stealing your videos, add a slight watermark or something to your videos that has your name. That way, if they steal it as-is, you can easily claim them.

Also add watermark on all video in 1 place and then 1 watermark in the middle of the video in another place so if they cover it with their own they prob miss another one in the middle and do not cover it.

Unfortunately, the only solution is to get KZbin's attention through social media channels like Twitter. Hopefully a large enough content creator will take notice and force their hand. There's also the option for everyone to mass report the garena free fire channel for impersonating GSC and claiming ownership over stalker, but I doubt that'll do anything because KZbin's worthless automation system is what caused this trashfire in the first palce.

The insane reaches from this community have given me new perspectives into how ignorant a human can be. Hackers don’t need to do anything when you lie and release a broken unfinished game. At this point the stalker 2 release is no different than a cod release, COD is pure garbage but it has such a brain rotted following that it won’t die despite being garbage, Stalker 2 is on that same boat. Nearly 20 years of waiting just to receive that game, I would be depressed if I was actually someone waiting for that long, other than being pretty and having good sound design it’s a watered down version of stalker game on nearly every other level.

Even when humans are allegedly involved it can be bad from experience with a creator's fights with YT over alleged adult content just because she's been augmented and apparently existing while having a large (covered) bust is a problem.
