It would either be, her teeth when she was 5, her glasses when she was 9-11, or her weight. My daughter might go 90 pounds soaking wet and these kids convinced her she was fat. Later I was told by a counselor that she told her, she had been harming.. When I found this out, my heart broke.. You're such an inspiration and I think if my daughter watched your videos, she'll be inspired. Thank you sweetie, you're so brave and you're absolutely adorable

No she wouldn't be inspired. Bullying is Mental Abuse. It is very, very serious especially at her age as it may scar her for life. She selfharms as away to let out some pain but the main reason is for attention. You're daughter needs to tell the school head or you do it with her. They need to sort the bullies out. Your daughter would need counselling to recognise the issue herself and then do psychotherapy. While getting away with you on the weekends exploring nature together and for her to learn something to boost her self esteem like learning how to horse ride, socialising animals. Show her love and say it everyday. She really needs a mother at these times. I wishes her and u well.

+holistic79 Ummm, no, the main reason is not attention. In fact, the only reason people think it's done for attention is because the minority who do it for attention are the ones who go around talking about it. The majority don't talk about it and hide it. Some, like myself, went to great lengths to keep it secret for years on end so we wouldn't get attention. In addition, assumptions like that make kids with actual self harm issues afraid to come forward, and make kids think it's ok to bully somebody farther because "it's just for attention". Stop.
