When are you going to do some videos on the "Movie battles 2 Star Wars mod" ? MB2 is by far the best starwars experience I have and will ever have. It blows Modded bf2 out of the water. Has the best lightsaber combat across any starwars title to date as well. This is just 1% of what this mod offers. Make some videos on movie battles 2 Already!

Plo Koon with Force Judgement was modded to the original Battlefront 2 as well, worked just like Force lightning but was yellow. Taken from the EU were Plo used a form of Force Lightning but said that he didn't use the dark side as he didn't feel any hatred or other powerful feelings at the moment.

Btw, Yes a flamethrower would work on a Robot/Droid as it might now cook their metal but it will melt circuitry and the softer metal such as copper and the silicone in the motherboard of the Droid, but iam pretty sure it should do almost no damage to a destroyers shield or the thicker chassis of a Superbattle Droid

Sadly, Modding for Battlefront 2 will *never* come to consoles, as it would require EA to actually come back and develop mod support for the game. And the Kyber team can’t realistically make the Kyber program for consoles. Even if they could, Sony wouldn’t allow modders to add the kind of additional files, so anything that modders might want for consoles would *have* to be made via ingame files. Which means no new models, no new sound effects, no new voicelines, nothing.

@@Helikaeon It's not Padme's face (it's actually a head model from BF2015) and it's not Ahsoka's stance. Neither of them ever had assets actually put into the game and they were only in the concept stage of development. The only hero we know that might've been almost finished is actually Ventress, but there's still no assets for her in the games files.

Imagine if instead of dumping money on hit or mis starwars shows, hear me out, What if they dumped 3 million (which they easily have) into a making Battle Front 3 and just went all out on the game like the ultimate starwars game. And then sold it for $100 and no in-game purchases and then just added stuff as they go along if it does well. (Millions of people would easily pay $100 for a game like that.) This is all hypothetical because... well business politics and corporate greed makes companies allergic to Money apparently. When will they understand that all they have to do is make one good thing and then keep it good and they will make ten times the amount of money that they make off of scraping the bottom of the barrel for content and product

Galaxy of Heroes is EA's most profitable SW game, and it's possible that maybe they give Disney/Lucasfilm a higher cut of the profits compared to BF2. For BF2, Disney strictly prevented them from adding Mando / Ahsoka content.

There are mods that cover the Bad Batch. BF+ has Hunter for example. Expanded has Crosshair but he was temporarily removed and will be added back in a future update.

You have to use the same gameplay mods yes, you can use different cosmetic mods, but sometimes certain gameplay mods aren't compatible with lots of cosmetic mods, especially the gameplay mod packs that add new skin slots to characters.

DICE never were working on a Battlefront 3. Free Radical did make a BF3 before Disney bought Lucasfilm, yeah that was the one that got cancelled. But competely unrelated to Outlaws and Jedi Survivor, also Jedi Survivor is actually a decent game.

all these mods are missing the point of BATTLEfront and turn the game into HEROfront. One reason i stopped playing was because the game and especially the community was just focussing on the Heroes, instead of infantry based gameplay. They wanted to turn this into their personal powerfantasy, which broke the entire idea of a WELL balanced, all-out warfare Battlefront! This just doesnt work anymore if there are like 5 regular classes, 4 Heroes, and 12 Specialists!

@ Unfortunately my ideas cannot be brought to the game due to hardcoded issues. Most of the mods for BF2 are just cosmetics. Everyone pretends that the game was just bad because it didnt have enough heroes or skins or maps. thats not the point. its missing the idea of its original: All-Out warfare on dynamic maps with classes and teamplay... but people were like "Heroes are more fun tough!" pretty quickly and suddenly it was all about "We need Ahsoka!" or "Cad Bane when??" -.- when the real question would have been "Ammo and Medics? Multi-Player-Vehicles? Map-locked Skins?"... but now its all about who gets the points for a hero as fast as possible and suddenly every second weekend was "Heroes Unleashed" with up to 8 Heroes on the map in a 40 player match! Broken as fuck. The game should have been a Battlefield in SW setting, not a hero-power fantasy for TCW-Fans!

@@kriegaone3658 i know this mod, but its pretty buggy at times and unfortunately still doesnt really fix core issues of the game. missing sidearms or ammo and class purposes still make it an anti-teamplay game. and BF+ is still another vehicle for fanboy-fantasies who think "this game needs the bad batch and Thrawn" for some reason....doesnt fix the issues i was talking about. just more content, heroes and specialists doesnt make the game much better.

You do realize the binocs are on the base game right,the sniper gets them as a star card ability without mods. Or maybe officer one of those two gets it. Also,when you said we need a clone wars only battlefront i kinda have to disagree. OT still sells games,you cant have a battlefront game without the empire and rebels its what makes star wars. This is coming from a clone wars lover who will always stand by his clanky lads.

Expanded is better for heroes, BF+ is better for Infantry. However, you can use the infantry portion of the gameplay rework from BF+ with BF Expanded (generally don't run both mods together, they're not compatible).
