I’ve been in Washington for 8 years… I’ve learned to live on the sun’s schedule. It’s pretty bad here, if you need a lot of sun, don’t move to Washington 😂 I’ve always been depressed though so I can manage but I’ve seen people become so depressed here, it’s sad. Taking vit D is not enough tbh. The gloom gets to you. Good luck in your journey!

Anxiety, worries and fears can be so overwhelming for artists and creatives 💚I had so much anxiety when I started to actualize launching my online shop October 2024 ~ so many factors to consider! Every month or shop update, I feel the same wave and downwards spiral afterwards when no sales happen right away. I have to remind myself frequently that I have to be patient and there is room for me to grow and learn. I gotta sit with my emotions a bit to process and then I can release some of those fears by focusing on my goals. Allow room for self-compassion, learning to move past those mental walls can be a hurdle! I love your apparel and I can't wait to order a sweater soon 😄

Yeah sometimes you reach a point in life where you're like: something MUST GIVE. and then you end up doing things that are scary and different and legit haul your entire life to a new place.
