Another great informative vid Mac .... London is full of flats with pre paid meters ...because it saves the landlords the hassle of having to chase up the tenants when they havent paid their bills ... In HOT countries Mac ..the houses are designed NOT to have the sun shinning directly on the houses ...u will find houses in Asia ...Middle East will be built to avoid the sun especially at mid day ...they will have very thick walls and often painted in light colours to reflect the sun ...

Expensive ? Well, I certainly understand that the price for the villa, considered where you are, is rather is a little high. On the other hand, I always compare of what I have to pay on rent per month in my home country. It sure puts things in perspective.
