As as Korean American who moved to California at 4, it is absolutely wild to me that people around the world now want to move to Korea like people around the world wanted to move to NYC or LA / Silicon Valley before. We might be moving back soon since America is now is now a failed state, and the purge has begun.

I don’t know exactly why this video was popped up to me, but I watched this through. First of all. I’m so surprised to hear it was your dream thing to once live in Korea, making me think Korea might be a very idealistic country for global youngsters who really want to find something culturally and technologically advanced and cool. Hope you fully enjoy your five months stay here and discover more about Korea. Good luck for your bright future!!

This video was amazing! I'm generally really interested to see other people's experiences moving abroad! I lived abroad for 4 months this year for my uni exchange and it was such a huge thing for me because I had never done anything like that before, not lived alone, not traveled (outside of my home country EVER) and all that so it was a once in a lifetime experience for sure and something I had always dreamed of doing once in my life so like it was amazing (and of course very difficult and challenging at times). But yeah, especially since then I've been so interested to see everyone's experiences moving and living abroad!

I'm currently living in South Korea and its such an amazing place. I am so glad that I did. People are disciplined, hardworking, polite. Now everywhere there will be every kind of situation but I have got 99% of the positive experiences only. People are so generous with their compliments. I am conventionally beautiful woman with big almond eyes, small nose, plump lips and heart shaped face, but in my community they don't usually compliment that often, but here people don't get jealous. They help you with all their means. I love being here. I wanted to come here because of their culture and I can tell you that I took the right decision.

I'm glad that you are happy with your place~ this is just a side information that I thought would be helpful to you about the black mold I happened to see in your shower area, no offense.. because mold is very unhealthy for your body. If you get 'moogunmoodae' for bathroom or 'youhanlax' from a grocery store and spread it on the mold for half of a day and rinse it with hot water scrubbing, it can disappear easy. However you have to be really careful about the gas it produces so it's better to wear mask and turn on the ventilator while you are cleaning, otherwise I heard someone fainted in the bathroom while she was cleaning door closed with out anything. Sorry to bother, it was my knowledge from living alone moving a lot for long time TMI; Good luck with your journey in Korea! Hope you a best of luck!

I feel like I froze in time. And since December of 2022 my life started to twist towards a solid plan for my life, which is to study something I love in a nice university, work with that, maybe, if another opportunity for going to Korea doesn't show earlier, save the biggest saving, as much as I can, so I can, one day, actually LIVE in Korea for good. Watching the whole chat about leaving the family, being emotional, feeling free right now, and I pretend to be free as well up to the time I wanna go live in Korea... very nice. I wish you all the luck and success in the world ❤️❤️❤️✨️🙂↕️
