My mom was 16 when she became pregnant with me. She was outside of a clinic because some family members pressured her to get an abortion, because a baby at 16 would ruin her life... her best guy friend, a Christian, raced over to the clinic as soon as he heard where she was going, got in the car with her, and talked her into choosing life. He passed before I was old enough to thank him. But, I'm so happy there was him. I'm so happy there are people like him. Giving strength to those who need it.

It is true that there are exceptions, but they are in the minority of cases. Also, I don't see how a woman having an out-of-wedlock child "shows" that she's "family and child oriented": if she's family-oriented, then where is the family (esp. husband)? And as for having a child, that fact only shows 2 things: (1) that physiologically, she does not have the infertility problem, and (2) that she's willing to sleep with men, to whom she's not married (hence might be unfaithful to her husband). I also hope that this woman is married and happy, but we don't know what happened to her, because this question didn't get answered. BTW, it's a bit unclear how you define "proper men", because if I were to interpret what you wrote _literally,_ then under your definition, "proper men are men, who are attracted to children". ;-)

My mom was advised to abort me. I was her 4th pregnancy. Just two months earlier she had given birth to twins and it was an extremely difficult birth and she was clinically dead for several minutes. A tremendous amount of damage had been done to her womb and she was actually coming in to get her tubes tied when the doc realized she was pregnant with me. He told her that she came in for a procedure and he could easily do a D&C and no one would be the wiser. The last thing she wanted was another kid especially with 4 little ones at home including twin infants. She and dad talked about it and they just couldn’t bring themselves to do it (they were not religious). So they had me! I came out healthy and she had zero issues with the pregnancy and delivery. They said I was a happy and easy baby and an every easy child to raise. Im so thankful they chose to have me.

First they wanted abortion only for rape victims, then it was for everyone, then they wanted it later and later in the pregnancy. Soon they will want it up to a year after the child is born! And there are lots of families who would adopt these children if the process was easier. The adoption process should be so. The solution isn't making abortion more accessible, but making adoption easier.

I always thought it was just a cluster of cells but I was never someone who saw it up close and personal like her. She always knew what was being done during these procedures. With my second pregnancy I was going through a lot and had health problems as well so I really considered abortion. This led me to look up abortion and how it was done, including what happened to the baby. I went to bed that night with my arms wrapped around my belly thanking God I looked it up. Today my Samuel is one best parts of my life.

As an atheist AND a scientist, I DO know that there is a HUGE difference between an embryo and a fetus. An embryo becomes a fetus in TWO months. There is a beating heart and brain waves, and, sexuality is determined, and, the genetic fingerprint is complete. And, the fetus feels PAIN. Science, technology, and, modern imaging has proven ALL of this since roe in 1973. We now know much more. It is a CHILD at 2 months. There is intrinsically NO difference between an infant and a fetus, except for size and vulnerability. Abortion after TWO months is undeniably murder. It is genocide.

Be merciful. I had two abortions long before I was a Christian. The second one made me so upset. Years later I had a daughter and through trying to raise her properly I finally came to Christ. If I had had a child sooner I know I would have come to Christ sooner. It’s one way he causes us to come to Him, by having children. I’ve repented of course but my heart is so heavy still when I think of it and my stomach turns. I cannot believe I did that. I am so glad the Lord led me to Him and didn’t harden my heart forever. I lost a baby at 10 weeks pregnant. I remember what I saw when that beautiful little life left my body and no-one will ever tell me that they are not human beings. They have arms and legs and fingers and toes and little faces with eyes and they have a soul that they deserve to express in their physical body. My wife was told by doctors to abort our second child, because they assured us he was going to be down syndrome. We didn't because we believe that if that was what God wanted us to have then he would also give us the ability to look after him. When he was born they had a team of doctors ready to look after him because they expected for him to not survive, but he was fine, he is now 6 years old and full of life. We are so thankful for the life of our healthy boy, but we would be just as thankful if he was down syndrome. Praise God for his goodness and for the gift of life.

All this catches up with you. I am a 70 yr old pathologist. Have done over 1000 autopsies, spend time at the Medical Examiners office, dictated the “gross description”, of each abortion done at a hospital. I prayed for each of them… I never understood how physicians like me, could think It’s OK ato,perform elective abortions as a means of contraception. THIS IS NOT WHAT IS TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOLS! THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO HaVE NO CONSCIENCE AND DO THIS FOR THE MONEY! I a have never killed anyone voluntarily or involuntarily as a physician during clinical residency. Some of the things we see, situations we are involved in, are things we never forget. I learned to compartmentalize. All this is catching up to me as I age. We tend to show less emotions in public, and this also becomes evident in family… now that I am by myself for one year, these situations and things I have seen, tend to come back out of nowhere & I get tearful. I am still working, but in the cancer area. Love talking to patients and their families. I love doing what I do and just go home to sleep!

If you really wanted to disprove Christianity, you wouldn’t bother leaving a comment ridiculing someone of an ‘imaginary’ faith that literally predicts this behavior thousands of years in advance. For example, someone believes the sky is red. Evidently it is not red, but why bother convincing someone so deluded of anything? Wouldn’t that be a bit pathetic? I am an abortion survivor and regularly had intense dreams as a little girl that I was in a balloon and couldn't get out. I was always so very scared and it was a horrible thing. 50 years later during prayer I suddenly found myself back in my mother's womb and this intense trauma called abortion came up. I experienced it again and now consciously what the nightmares always were. I experienced so intensely the presence of God who saved me in that intense moment of my life. I really had death fear. I have been in shock I could no longer think logically. My subconscious and my consciousness were suddenly mixed up. The first I think 9 months of processing were the most intense. Because at the same time I started researching what abortion really was and came from one horror to another. It was all too much. It took me a total of almost three years to fully process this with God. Because I knew that a doctor could not do much with this. I am now ready to share my story over the last year as I have experienced the last minutes of an unborn baby about to be murdered. I have wanted to share my story with three ministers from my country's government but no one has responded. While from the government abortion is funded. This is not good health care. I am not condemning any woman because there is a lot of ignorance about abortion and what is really happening. I hope by sharing my testimony that I can be a voice for an unborn baby that you don't hear during an abortion.

He saw to many of their deaths, often just standing by while they were being stoned to death, as was the case with Stephen. Are you telling me that Jesus does not have the authority given him to forgive murderers who repent? He forgave and made Paul a messenger to the Gentiles! God sees the heart, something men can not read very clearly. You can't come on to KZbin spouting your opinion as though it is fact. If you're going to make Scriptural claims, you'll need to be able to back it up by Scriptural precept-- not your opinions or things you've heard that aren't even Biblical. People have a way of (falsely) sounding spiritual without even knowing what's Biblical. To the unrepentant murderers of children, to those whom would willingly harm little ones, Jesus stated it best in Luke 17:2. What awaits them in judgment should have people quaking in the very core and soul of their being! Without Jesus' offer of salvation there is no light at the end of a very dark life lived in willing bloodshed. Thank God His grace is sufficient and GREATER than our sins! The Bible gives us a great promise in 1 John 1:9 when it says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness.” It makes me sick to my stomach as well what is being done by abortionists.
