Lol, last week I had exactly this problem. I mute her, but I wasn't able to get the volume back because you don't hear the voice anymore. Normally you can adjust the volume when she is speaking. I was close to the solution, but not close enough. Thanks for this usefull video!

Many thanks for solving the mystery of the disappearing voice. It is handy to be able to alter the volume quickly once you know how - its just a pity this facility is not mentioned in the sat nav instructions [although it is in the radio instructions Duh! ]

Hi, we have a 69 plate Mazda 3. We have lost the sat nav voice. The mute box is unticked and the volume slider has been set midpoint in the nav settings. She does confirm that this is the volume to be used. However still no instructions! Any ideas please.

I had the same problem this is a good video I had to factory reset my Mazda 3 system though which sorted it the voice prompts are back on.

Mazda Guru I need your help!! I have a 2020 Mazda CX-30 and all audio on my car has stopped working. I changed the fuse thinking it was a fuse problem and nope no audio. Nav audio, Bluetooth, carplay, aux nothing, there is absolutely no audio coming out of the car. The strange thing is that when I turn the volume knob, the volume bar doesn't even show up on the screen. I've tried the reset method by holding down the nav, back and volume buttons for 10 seconds that hasn't fixed it either. Please tell me how to fix this.

I would take it to your local dealer to get looked at. You have done all the thigs I would have tried. Was it the room fuse you changed?

Hi, I have the same exact Mazda. The car's sound stopped and the infotainment buttons stopped working together with the screen. I checked the fuses and that's not the issue. What would you recommend to resolve this issue

Hi, my 2 yr old CX5 is showing a red light on the dash (a key with an explanation mark going through it). I checked the handbook and it just says ‘Key Warning Light’....any idea what this means?
