I had a very similar experience with an airplane crashing down the road from where we lived. Several of my family and myself saw the aircraft crash. A complete nosedive. No smoke, no nothing, not even a newspaper article or TV report, nothing. I had forgotten it until now. Very interesting indeed. I’m glad I’m not the only one. Thank you for your great stories. ❤

It could have been a family member at beginning of your trip telling you you were protected and would be watched over on your trip and the last car that made you change your route was family preventing you from being at that intersection at that precise moment so you wouldn't have had an accident. They brought you back to were you needed to be to continue your trip home.

The GPS story!! I actually had something very similar happen coming back from a haunted house so all of us in the car thought it was related until we were 45 minutes away. The voice to the GPS actually changed to that of a child at one point. It tried taking us through a cemetery but I missed the turn. We had children with us and actually had a plan if something terrible was to happen. I was in tears until we finally got back to regular road as it took us through some roads that look like they didn't even exist.

I'm binging on ghost stories to relax for a bit on my day off but when I heard the Punta Carretas mall one I really got the chills. I used to work there on a sports wear shop and the shop's 2nd floor was the storage room, where only the sales assistants went so I, being a cashier, hardly ever visited. But I remember hearing noises up there when everyone was downstairs, the lights turning off on my coworkers when they were upstairs, boxes suddenly dropping, etc. We used to say we had a ghost and gave it a name to feel a bit better.

When I worked at Panera I got to hear all the spooky things that happened at night when the bakers were there alone, during the hustle and bustle it was hard to tell but sometimes things would fall down but that was easily explained away. One night a baker was on FaceTime and her friend was like “I thought you were alone” and the baker was like “I am” then her friend said “well who was that woman who walked behind you” so scary

I also like listening to ghost stories when I going to bed. It seems like that would be a terrible idea, causing horrible nightmares. Luckily it doesn't usually bother me. When me and my husband was house hunting we went and look at a house built in1870 it was an experience to put it bluntly. First we thought we saw someone in the house. Our realtor was confused and abit jumpy. Then we heard banging around up stairs when no one was home. I even checked every room. And 3rd he wouldn't go down in the basement. He had gone down all the others with us. He said no way he was going down there. I looked at my husband and said we are out. The house was sold twice within a year. It now abandoned. If a realtor refuses to enter a basement of a house they are trying to sell you. DON'T BUY IT.

The plane story caught me off guard. When I was about 10, I think, I remember how me, my mum and little brother was driving back home from my grandma's house. It was around 8 pm and fully dark. As we turned into out street, I remember how I looked out the back window of the car and saw a plane, flaming and with orange smoke pouring out of it. I can't remember that it made a sound. I just remember that it was falling to the ground. I can't remember a crash, and I honestly forgot about it, until, years later, I started watching Air Crash Investigation. I suddenly got the strong feeling of deja vu and the memory came back. I immediately googled any plane crashes in the area, I also asked my mum if she remembers anything. Nothing. It never happened. No news, nothing. My mum says I imagined it. But I swear, I saw it. I saw a silent plane crashing. I'm low-key glad someone else had a similar experience.

RE: That disappearing plane - there was a stunt pilot that lived way out in the country where I use to live and he could dive at the ground and pull up at the last second landing the aircraft on a tiny short strip in the middle of a copse of trees. It looked like he crashed but he never did. So it could've been something like that. His favorite plan was a crop duster type and he could skate that thing through the air at any altitude. I never read about him crashing in the news so I presume he never did. He was an artist.

Regarding that last story, please everyone, if you are a dog owner, be responsible enough to have them receive all the recommended vaccinations!! It is the most loving thing you can do for your pet and to not do so is extremely cruel and irresponsible!! Parvo is completely avoidable if they are vaccinated and if they do get Parvo, as mentioned in the story, it is a painful and terrible way for a dog to die. They suffer terribly until they finally die...a few do pull through though most do not and even if they do they still suffer!
