Story 7: Cancel your travel and plans. Get a restraining order. Inform everyone who had contact with him what he is doing to you. Change all your passwords, numbers and disappear from the internet. You are dealing with a psycho, kid.
@reginedragon59883 жыл бұрын
I completely agree with Alex. That's what I was thinking : he's a psycho with extremely strong narcissist traits. All you can do is to cut every link you have with him. Report your travel, (there's a real danger that you shouldn't ignore) and block him on everything. Inform your mutual friends about the situation, if they don't believe you, than they don't deserve to be your friends. Also : your better alone than with these kind of people...

If this story is true, I agree 100%! However, in this girls shoes, I'd never take that planned study travel to Korea, that would put me physically close to that crazy guy; I certainly agree with all of you on that! If someone's showing you their bad & cruel side, better believe that person - and he has told her numerous times, what he'd like to do to her without her consent - that story is one extremely large red flag! That's such a huge amount of troubling behaviour on his part, I'd lost track counting the red flags in this story ... very worrisome story indeed. Granted, "blocking him" isn't enough online security though, as he could still follow her around online without any problems - like e.g. if she's uploading a video on KZbin (or any other platform), he'll still be able to watch the video/her and every posting she makes - he just isn't able to respond/message/etc her directly due to the blocking. So unfortunately I've to agree with the commenter suggesting, she'd have to leave the internet entirely, if she wants her safety and her anonymity back. [* My (broken) phone is showing me this story as #5 from "tapeewormm", starting at ~29:36 - is that possible?]

Why are you still talking to him? Why isn't he blocked? Why are you moving to a different country that is where he lives? Did you have that school picked before or after your "friendship"? His behavior is very concerning and your responses to it is also very concerning. You need to work on your self esteem a lot. You shouldn't "feel grateful" to have A friend; the friends that you make are lucky to have you. Some people do not deserve your time; this guy is an example of that.

For story five, at this point you tell everyone that knows him that are also your friends the things he's said and done to you emotionally. If they don't believe you, then it's their loss of a friend and they're not even worth being called your friend. Not to mention, block him. Sure, he has contact with people around you, but if you'd tell them he was creeping on you, perhaps they'd put two and two together and figure out 'Oh wow, this guy's a creep'. If they don't, then time to look for new friends. For the campus, I think you could dye your hair and change your appearance if it makes you feel better. Personally, I would try and make friends and have a buddy system. Let staff/friends know that this guy is stalking/harassing you.

@eVieww3 жыл бұрын
@@Elena-bk4fs A fair point, a lot of people like lots of stuff. However it does seem weird to me to get spooked about something obiously fake, doesn't it? For example, these stories about ghosts. Lets say theres a story that goes something like this: "I heard there was this family who died in this house, I saw their picture in the house. Then I saw the girl in the picture on the upstairs window when walking away from the house." It might be spooky, if you believe in ghosts. However when I listen to this, I sort of get annoyed cos what is being said, obviously didn't happen, couldn't happen, and will never happen. What might happen, is this person hallucinating and thus "seeing" that. But thats never implied, cause the point of the story is to spook people who believe in ghosts. And it is an insult to peoples intelligence, even though there are stupid people too. I too like to listen to these, and I know most of them arent true, but some good stories that might not be true, are actually written so that you can think that even if it didn't happen, it could happen. But a story, that needs you to believe nonsense for it to be scary, is by definition insulting your intelligence.

I'm sorry but the gas station story has to be fake. there's no way you can actually pump gas at a gas station that is not open. Even using a credit or debit card you cannot pump gas when the store is closed. Someone has to be inside at the computer to authorize the pump every single time someone swipes their card. That's why when you go to the gas pump with a card and you swipe it it says authorizing. and if you are in a gas station and you hear a ching chang or some kind of alert coming from the register, that is someone at the gas pump who just wiped their card and the cashier needs to authorize the pump. And there's no way in hell you can just go up to a gas pump any closed station and swipe your card and get gas. I've worked at many gas stations. I know how the system works, but it's a really good story....

You’re right, but I don’t think he mentioned filling up the tanker- he waited for the cashier to return

@@virungaranger5737 This person is referring to the story of the mom driving through the desert. It was a passing comment about how the station itself closes at 7pm but supposedly gas can still be purchased when its closed. She didn't stop to get gas, as the sign wasn't even on, so she could most likely have just been mistaken in her assumption that it still works with a card 🤷♀️

It actually is possible at some gas stations. When I was working at one, it was my job each night after closing to manually shut the pumps off. I've forgotten before and people were able to use their credit/debit cards to get gas. I worked at another place that left them on for regulars! Located in NH

My thoughts Exactly though it's an unfortunate fact most US prisons are privately owned not state owned.

@@xaviertumaini2711 This is so untrue. Less than 9% of prison population are housed in private prisons. Unless you believe in conspiracy theories which would make you a fool.

Story 5 - Why did she keep communicating with someone like that guy? I would've just asked him to not contact me anymore, and if he did again after that, I would tell him that I would be going to the police if I hear from him again - and then, if I heard from him after that, I would go straight to the police and take a printout of the threats along with me. ...And just to make sure he doesn't decide to visit America, I would notify the government entity that handled passports and Visas.

Did the first story put anyone else in mind of the film The return of the living dead? "No blood pressure no pulse." "What do you mean no blood pressure no pulse?!" 😆
