I NEED a BREAK......From GRINDING for the INFINITE POTIONS in BDO

Seriously PA!! Please Rework this system!! I really am sick of having to do this every single week. It would be nice to have some other options for gathering pity pieces for the infinite potions. Yeah, I got mine but I ended up having to grind a full one hundred pity pieces at forest ronaros. The last piece took me like three months to finish. That's one reason I quit grind for the mp one, just got too burned out.

i guess i was insanely lucky got hp potion on drop event for infinite potion its was like 16h grind each piece drop in 5-6h. but MP potion i farmed navarn steppe for like 80 pity pieces after that got the piece, in h i was getting around 3-4pitys, after that i went in Tshira ruins and gland dropped in 2h, and than grinded manshaum forest allot narc tear dropped when i had 60pitys at first i was getting 5pitys a h and than started to stop dropping after that i grinded 1h a day i think i did like 2 weaklys for it and boom i got narc tear gg, now i farming Lafi Bedmountain’s Upgraded Compass in Aakman got piece like 10h+ it was long ago i just forgot about it on recent event friends called me for Gyfin Rhasia Temple upper grind got Elten piece on 2h farm lol my friend was furious he grinding it like not first month.... and it was on the last day of event for alternative drops.... now i need Vodkhan Piece 20h already in no drop :D

Yeah, that's some insane luck, my dude. I have been farming them for a year now and still have 2 pieces left. Although I never dedicate a lot of time to the pots. I'm just doing the weekly.

The only update that I think would be worth it, is if you could do the weekly for all spots per week. At the end of the day it's still a treasure item and should be a couple months of grinding for it, that's what makes them so cool. I was let down getting my compass in ~5-6 hours total of grinding and felt like it wasn't earned. Treasure items are supposed to be rare. Just me two cents tho! I won't complain if they update pot system, just don't touch the actual rare pieces (Compass, Map, Ring, and soon to be Telescope)

Well, I have been playing since launch, so I literally have over 700 loot scrolls, and they keep stacking up from events, having a value pack, and freebies. If you're a newer player, definitely stack up the stones and exchange them. But I don't ever see myself running out of loot scrolls.

Im a new player and im at level 61 and got bored on questing so i decided to grind for the infinite MP for 4 days already, with a GS of only 557. I've got the Markthanan’s Gland in less than 2hrs but the remaining 2 is making me bored cause youre right i feel like its a chore that everytime i open BDO i need to grind for the potions and its not fun anymore. Hope they increase the drop rate or make it easier.

i got narcs tear when i had 99 pity pcs, so now i got 2. grinded for 1 whole week, too much grind time for that 1 pc, 65hrs felt kind of wasted. Per pc for inf pot in my opinion should be around 20hours of grind time max.

Yeah, it takes around 2 hours to grind a weekly, and if you get lucky, you will get an extra 3 to 5 pity pieces. So you're looking at around 30 to 40 hours to get 100 pieces. It would be nice to get some pieces from another source. Like an alternative weekly quest for 5 more pieces. That would cut the time in half.

Well, I'm coming from a casual players perspective. I don't have 6 hours a day to play. 1 hour on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends. So I'm sure it would be a lot easier if I had more time. Jokes on you buddy, they actually did rework this system. You will actually be able to buy/sell them on the central market. Grinding them isn't actually difficult, but rather extremely boring. Also stop with the "game is not for you" mindset.

I dont think the infinite pots need a rework at all, the problem is you started doing them too late in your progression, should've done it at 550 gs instead of 700, maybe you shouldn't of gone so hard on centaurs lol

All the pots received before pity system deserve a title or something. "OG Pot" XD or "Ancient Pot of blah blah". Yeah, a baby MP pot would be nice. I mean since some classes absolutely need it. New Succ Nova! I watch a guy who mains her and he says an hour or so grind is like 300 MP pots cuz he doesn't have Inf Pot. 300 or more! He grinds high end spots on arsha too, so having MP on hit addons would not be the play in DFS or random fights either. I thought about tagging her but I don't have the weight or Inf pot so it'd be a hastle and ended up making a succ Baewha.

Succ musa makes the ground split open and whirlwinds on every other skill. Not even gonna talk about awk and his baby getsuga tensho waves like he's ichigo or somethin. Pretty good at manshaum tho since the respawn change. No longer have to have this huge ring of mobs. See like 4 rotations going at once and not overlap with others. pretty pog, until marni change hits the streets. Barely see anyone. As neo BDO as it gets.

I think there where you got it wrong, it is not a must have item, it was first introduced as a treasure item, an item where only the people who wants it grinds for it. Since then, the community and the perspective on the item changed, now even when it is still a treasure item or a "pseudo treasure item" it became a needed item. With it being purchasable soon then it would be fine, if u dont want to grind for it, just grind for money to buy it. As for the pity system, I think it is good, could do a bit of tweaks, but dont think it should be changed to any monsters.

In my opinion ALL ``TREASURE`` items should be easier to get, I understand its a ``TREASURE`` item, but the drop rate is so fkin low its pathetic, Im about to finish my HP potion, it be nice to get a lesser version of the MP as well just like they have for the HP Potion. increase the drop rates for the items alil. Ive been grinding the Ronaros for AGES now. I have 84 pitty pieces, I get more SPECTERS ENERGY to drop than I do pitty pieces. Spectors Energy in a zone that has no buffs on it dropping more frequently like it does in Protty Cave. thats pathetic. PA needs to improve on alot of things, but I agree they need to change the whole TREASURE item system. Its a treasure item I get it should take awhile to get, like a treasure hunt, but my brother for example he plays a few hours every day, hes been at Blood Wolves a whole year and hasnt gotten the acctual piece drop for him yet. he dont wana do the weekly quest becuase to get the piece from that it would take him another year + to get the item that way.

Got 3 full inf potions in one season on betserker. 1 mana, 2 hp. Plus a another partial hp. You are end game and it’s a massive waste of time for high gear score which is why you do this thing early a you come up and get it naturally. You kinda messed up waiting so long. Now the price tag is much higher and it feels a lot worse to go back to places you’ve surpassed to get it.

No. they do not need to rework the system. It is easy and fine the way it is. You can do it in 2 1/2 days during the drop event. Just wait until it comes again. Being a veternan player since launch. Just do the weeklies. I personally never grinded for it until the gauranteed 5pcs/week was added. HP pots are not really that useful in PVE, it's only useful for PVP.
