I need a new desk chair

My perennially stiff back (probably a result of doing drumline 24/7 for years) needed a better desk chair. Why TF are they so expensive??

Just wanted to pop in and say you should never roll out your lower back without a strong, flexed core. Even then it should be very brief. Toracic extension over the roller is good for general spine health but should only be done from the top of your shoulder blades to your mid back, never ever the bottom as this can cause more issues/discomfort in your back. edit: I just wanted to say, as a Herman Miller owner (bought it full price cause I wanted the V2 😵🤢😖) I love this chair with all my heart and I recommend you get a headrest for it

I think you should've bought a gaming chair with pillows for your back and neck, it's really comfortable for long sessions at desk. And they are not that expensive 💀😅I got mine Thunder X3 for like 230 $ in 2019, and it's still really good, just needed to replace topgun mechanism a couple days ago because it broke.
