Hopefully, they will open a Tropical Smoothie Cafe by you. They just opened one near where I work, and I literally go weekly. It's the best!

I’m always searching for good devotionals, thank you so much for sharing and I agree with you about the world today. I’m slowly starting to feel like a minority as a Christian and it shouldn’t be that way. I loved Bria’s hair in this Vlog, so cute! Not sure if you have tried this and Bria would be too young still but Kinetic Sand is so fun for toddlers our preschool students love it.

@@CaraJane yes if you were right there I bet she would too and Quinn could model how to play with it for her sister. I think you can actually make kinetic sand yourself too…cornstarch and flour or something like that. We did a sensory bin today for our students with dried rice and beans, some ice cream scoopers and cups/bowls, they absolutely loved it!

Some work out advice! You definitely want to take days off - that will help so much with the lack of motivation, but also you will see better results if you take rest days. I would say maybe aim for 3-4 days/week. Also change up your work outs, if you don’t already! It can get so boring so fast haha Lastly, make sure you eat within 30 mins after the work out. I’ve definitely had that shaky feeling post workout and it is awful. I hope this helps! You’re absolutely crushing it 💪🏻

I love your real videos. Fear is something I have always struggled with and it’s basically anxiety. The devo you’re doing is by The Daily Grace Co. they also have one called It Is Well: Walking Away From Anxiety and Into God’s Word. I have not done it, so i can’t speak about it but just saw it and thought I’d mention it♥️
