Brought my Soriz into S rank without much problems yesterday. The character is hilarious to play. He wiff punishes like a champ with that command punch, most of his buttons are plus on block or safe, he steal turns from the opponent with that orange glow counter move, and one of his supermoves now includes a invincibility move so he can truly get an opponent off his back if under pressure. I can only recommend trying out Soriz. He's fun, simple and his whole "manliest of men" style is hilarious.

A lot of people are underestimating Soriz in this version. With his new ultimate skills (neutral skip and reversal) and 66L being so powerful, he is more of a menace than ever.

This video made me want to play Soriz. Also I've fought against Soriz today and it was one of the most fun matches I had In Granblue so far. I dunno why, maybe because he's quite honest character. He's basically just need to get in your face and you need to stop it.

I don't know anything about Granblue, but Sigfried looks pretty solid to me. Granted, I'm not the biggest fan of the edge lord armor, but the way he uses his swords attracts my attention. Soriz is cool and all too, but Sig would prolly be the reason I tried the game, lol

Soriz is much more powerful in this game but unfortunately his gameplan is pretty linear and his movement sluggish, so I don't think he will ever compete with the top tiers. Still super fun though and easy to learn

@@ExternalEclips305 Nothing you said contests what I did say. And Tekken is a 3D fighter which caters primarily to those 20 years vets with tons of legacy knowledge. It has its own plethora of cheap garbage throwing at you. I personally do not enjoy having to deal with knowledge checks all day. Literally ALL DAY. Nothing but labbing stupid garbage in order to play the actual goddamn game. And they also modernized Tekken with Tekken 8 to become even more arcadey. I will certainly play it but I cannot take the game serious. It is a casual experience to anyone who is not a pro with a PhD for each of 50 characters. Granblue may not be that big of a name but it earned its place next to Strive and Blazblue. It does not cater to you? Fine. Move on. Enjoy modern kusoge fighters where noobs are enable to destroy intermediate players and only pros really can deal with all the trash thrown at them. Same with SF6. Drive Rush is infinitely worse and more obnoxious than 66L and the perfect parry is a joke if I ever knew one. It randomly decides a round and works like a coin flip done by a 3rd party everytime. And then there is MK. Yes, the name is also big. But I am spending most of my time hating my life when I play this pile of trash. Low hat into overhead for hard to blockable setups. It is a generic thing and everyone abuses it. It is permanent coin flipping in this game. Nothing else.
