It's true, I have found 95% of all of mine just speed running lazars boys for fast wep cash, then just searching the houses around lazars town, only about 7-9 mins a run I had 12 after 2 hours

I've been watching this during my perma death run. Last night I had a toolbox with 2 bolt cutters in it. Village for bolt cutters and sawmill for propane tanks. The light bulbs are my hardest to find. I need my party time blue and purple lights in my base. I stop at the radio tower in Makeshift for those. My last perma death ended at a Forest Santa box that spawned 3 Valitin, but this run I have a PKM (PMK) before the swamp. Still no Santa EC tho.

@@heruhcanedean even if Mr junk spawns close to your starting position you'll find plenty of junk to sell him yourself while going there, be it crystals, wild life, hunters, bandits or hidden stashes. I never leave Mr. Junk with more than 100r when emptying his store

One thing you might want to consider is checking the networker quests. Sometimes bolt cutters are offered as a reward for quests. Can't hurt to just take a look to see if any are available.

I've found the only playstyle that works is to cheese everything with sniper rifles. Keep out of the enemies' weapon range, and they can't do anything. Enter the enemies weapon range and you get instantly killed straight through class six armor by one long burst from an NPC with instantaneous reflexes, blatant aimbot, and recoil free gun. And I swear their bullets have a better penetration stat than yours, although now that I think about it it probably just feels that way because the glancing hit system only applies to the player (because of course it does.) This strategy hits a bit of a snag if your enemy also has a sniper rifle, or the fight is in a building with no way to keep your distance, but in the former case their aimbots don't give them the ability to lead their shots so you can dodge, and in the latter case you're just dead 90% of the time and just have to keep doing it until you get lucky.

you are almost right... they take 4 frames to react to you, have 99% perfect aim and ignore recoil but the bullets are the same. (it is in the game files) the problem is that the penetration formula is not linear a 55 pen bullet has ~90% chance of penetration class 6 if the armor is at 100%, if you armor are under 92% the chance is 100%. And that is the worst ammo type that tier 5 and 6 AI use. The problem is that you have only 100 health and a 900 rounds per min gun thast does 15 damage to you will kill you faster than a jet fighter pilot can react. The balance of this game is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off.

I play hardest difficulty, drop all on death, the sniper guys are hard, u just play peakaboo with them, dont peak same angle twice, they hardlock onto u, so just dont repeak same vision cone ​@@VanguardDetonados

Sniper and PKM : Rifle perks vision, close combat, and pen shot. Sniper perks awareness, flank, and first bullet. 15% and 30% damage on sniper is dumb strong. I have 100 rounds in a 29 damage rifle if they push me, line them up and they drop. Take 5 seconds to scope out the area and hit the strongest with the first sniper round. Real life experience and training also helps, just take it slow. Remember the most important rule of a sniper, rule of 3. After 3 shots they know where you are, 1 is panic, 2 is general area, 3 is pinpoint. So move fast, do a J hook, and catch them off guard again. Edit : Most important rule - is if the engagement is not on your side, just run. Live to fight another day.

Bolt cutters can be found in the fire station and the police department and watchers are holding EC 308

I think you have to have a bolt cutter in your stash and it negates the "won't spawn cuz ur looking for it" issue. Best place to find it is stashes, then chests, then lockers, then bodies

The other trick is not to highlight the module if it contains rare items like the car battery and bolt cutters.

I only like to use the big mag weapons, like Kibba's, as a secondary, and only on missions where u have to battle ghouls underground.

There are missions that u need 600 rounds of ammo, but even on permadeath carry weight is a serious issue.

Ergonomics only affects Scopes, the time it takes to switch weapons and somo people say reload speed, but i can't confirm the last one on the game files (never found the file that says that) the first 2 are confirmed. If you are using a reflex sight and dont care about the weapon switch speed ergonomics does nothing for you.

u just want it too much and as other people already have stated, you need to farm the houses around Lazar camp. but it still is completely RNG, i had a playthrough where i couldn´t miss them and one where i couldnt find any 🤷‍♂. i was already sad that u get both oil factory keys now together with the mission.....a little farming needed doesnt hurt tbh.

I don't understand your looting economics. At one point you pick up cash but then you leave it on others so you exit with like 200$ while you could exit with 999$. - I really don't see a point why not take cash EVERYTIME. It weights nothing, you can stack it up to 999$ so 1k bucks for 0 weight is loiterally free money for no drawbacks - You collect the claws which cost 300ish but leave the red cigs which you find plenty of and a 5 stack costs 750$ - You went to Mr. Junk to buy scrap and lost thousands while next to him there was a bandit camp from which you could sell EVERYTHING and get all the money back - you leave geiger counters behind which cost 625$ - crystals cost 500$ each (i understand you don't want to get hurt by anomalies but some green crystals are standing outside of the danger zone - bolt cutters are being found frequently in the houses and garages in the forrest village -> never visited it and complained that you enver get bolt cutters - you leave usefull ammo behind and sometimes get so close to being empty and complain later on the mission why you never get usefull ammo - you want to check every crop and cranny for bolt cutters but leave dead bodies (especially bandits and hunters) and hidden stashes which could sometimes spawn them Tell me Oscar what's up with all that? xD
