Wait, $35 per Sigma single?! You can get their duos for that amount… I hate when brands do that. Really seems over the top to spend $105 if you want a bronzer, blush and highlighter (not that anyone needs all three). I’m also interested in the CT Date Night set but $75 for the tiny amount of product seems ridiculous. The eyeshadow stick is especially tiny. As I mentioned, I’m on a low buy atm so thankfully the products I’m interested in are making me think twice due to their price tags. 😅

Yup I completely agree re: Haus Labs. I really struggled with trying to get into the brand. HOWEVER, I do love her lip pencils. The formula is so good - similar to Makeup by Mario lip pencil formula.

The new Charlotte Tilbury release had me interested too but from what I can tell the little sticks DONT HAVE LIDS. The lid is supposed to essentially be the carry case which makes it a lot less travel friendly

FYI-Jurassic Park was a book first, by Michael Crichton. It was the first adult book I read when I was 10. I have fond memories of it. Although it would probably feel a bit dated to read now, with the lack of ubiquitous cell phones etc.

Oh I’m definitely interested in Dominque Cosmetics new concealer and powder! The Kopari ultra restore body butter is SO NICE!! 😍 I have the original coconut one & it seriously saved my hands this winter! They were unbelievably dry this year & this was a game changer for them. Totally recommend.

Re: Haus Labs. Amazon was not a good fit for them and was holding them back. What this rebrand is coming with is new formations, new products. Not the same products that you know of that have been available on Amazon

I used to love Too Faced but after seeing the things Jarod was saying or I should say caught on camera saying it left a really bad taste in my mouth and their products just haven’t interested me. I feel (my opinion) it’s a good thing Jarod and his husband are stepping down it’s been way overdue in my opinion and now we can see where the brand will go!! Kelly Strack uses a lot of Haus Labs makeup products and I have to say the products I have purchased I really love especially their blush/highlighter duos and I love their liquid eyeshadows! When you were reading the description of the new Kopari products coming out I kept saying yes yes yes I want them ALL lol!!!! I’ve purchased a few of the products you’ve shown and enjoy so I’m definitely going to pick up something from their new collection.

I somehow didn’t realize Too Faced was bought. 😬 That makes sense now because that Tutti Frutti line had the best of everything from them. I haven’t found anything that has the same finish as the Dew You foundation and those glosses were my favorite. Since that line left Too Faced just hasn’t had anything exciting. The hot chocolate Christmas set is the only thing I’ve liked in a long time. The Super Chic Charlotte Tillbury set is on my radar after seeing Morgan Turners review of the date night one. And I also was tempted by the Frosted Flakes but I have orange and blue in the cabana club colorpop and all the orange shades in the Natasha Denona Sunset palette. The only things on my radar are the one CT set and the Natasha Denona re-releases - Gold palette and Tropic palette.

Morgan Turner has just done a review on the new CT on the go and she said it was good quality. When she was putting the eye shadow bullet back into it's slot she did catch it on the edge as there's no lid on each one, it just slots in x

I do like the stranger things collection. Keeping in mind that it takes place in the 80’s. They are 80s colors. The Jurassic Park one is interesting, I like Essence eyeshadows. OMG!!! Yes P. Louise has very large, beautiful palettes. I just recently ordered 2 palettes and their packaging is at a whole other level. I have one that has one palette on the top and another at the bottom. They are so pretty. The Kylie palettes are $32 each or both bundled for $56. I just got the Kendall palette, I liked it because they’re all mattes. There are a couple of colors that needed building up.

A few months ago Haus Labs hired a bunch of new people who had a lot of experience in the beauty industry. I'm really excited for their new direction because I think the brand has been terribly mismanaged in the past. Their offerings did not line up with the Lady Gaga personal brand at all.
