i did the back of the mini like your, 93 mini used mk2 lights and reverse light like you did also using mk1 mk2 boot lid. MS S mini looking good. love the color. would love to see work done on the van.

I would focus on the amazon next and crack on with it with the goal of driving it to goodwood next Sept. But I would also do jobs like repairing the vans roof along side it. I know you wanted to hit it in 1, but its a good stand alone project (that would be really interesting to watch), you've got the bits for it and it moves the project along (and gives us a mini fix ;) )

The windscreen isn't bonded, just cut the rubber if you have a new one and lift it out. Not sure if you need the dash out, you may need to remove the little inside panel at the top.

Get the 89 & 245 finished then do the Amazon but do you what you’re doing engine wise? If not it could just sit without an engine? In which case do the van at least you’ve got engines etc lined up for that. Not very helpful is it 😂😂 good luck either way and keep going 👍
