RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Mushrooms - 300 g.
Broccoli - 1 pc.
Salt, cook 3 minutes.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
Olive oil.
Sauté garlic with mushrooms.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Be sure to stir.
Cheese - 50 g, Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Toast Bread, Olive Oil, Italian Herbs, Dry Garlic.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C or 350F.
1 tomato, parsley, 1 clove of garlic, salt.
50 grams of mayonnaise.
50g Greek yoghurt.
1 clove of garlic, dill.
Enjoy your meal!

I will cook this with no added salt. Cheese is high in salt already. I never add salt to recipes and do not miss it. Have high blood pressure, so no salt for health reasons. Looks delicious.

Too much table salt isn't good but sea salt or Himalayan pink salt is fine. It's pretty essential for your health, you shouldn't avoid salt altogether or you'll have serious issues! Salt doesn't actually affect blood pressure, do some research about it. There are plenty of other things that affect blood pressure.
