Fish is literally just a one button dopamine machine. It gets in so often even when it shouldn't. then they finally block it, only to get blown out by a combat trick. (which would have otherwise been a suspicious attack , if you had the choice to leave the fish back)

I'd guess the players get to an agreement on how to represent it. I used a face down land referring to the chosen token. Island for merfolk, plains for the human and mountain for the goblin. So as the enchanment is cast, i put the land under it, face down. But there's probably a better way to do it

How do you get 20 Gems out of rares?

When you own 4 copies of a rare/mythic, you can't add more to your collection. The game gives a 20/40 gem rebate in that case.
