In the second match in the final 3, it made the most sense for the others to team up on you, as they both shared good borders with you and a full-send from you one way or the other still left each of them a decent chance to win. Bebst should not have teamed up on cocania, as you got a lot of africa and all of the Americas out of it, and if cocania teamed with you on bebst, you would get all of Asia and win.

I actually liked the second match start. Maybe not the best start, but it was Canada in Canadian territory. I would like to see you start every country in their countries borders. I could see it as a nice challenge.
