Leblanc's problem is the same problem as Riven - too much fucking mobility. Look at how short your W CD is at max rank. It's almost URF level. Also, your W's CD starts ON CAST, not ON USE. So if you just use your W and then it expire, you only have 3 seconds, THREE SECONDS, to wait. The fuck is that bullshit?
