In older versions of the game you could use inventory edit so I am wondering if there is a glitch with Minecraft and the plugin that allows this bug. Also it might have somehing to do with the end being closed. Edit: TheMisterEpic found a glitch a while ago that allowed a person to be in two worlds at once because of IMMENSE lag from his PC. He tried to join a server and when it didn't load he booted up single player but somehow joined BOTH at once allowing transfers of items.

Basically you go into a creative world and save your hotbar then when you go into a different world and load that hotbar it imports any illegal items. The only thing is I’m not sure how they got creative on the server but- I am a server admin (not on lifesteal) so that was definitely a big problem at one point on our server.
