Great video to watch, i think most said know because of worry of cold callers , if they ever saw the quality of your detailing it would be a different answer .

That's true. I think it's partly that and partly because they don't value their car. We did ask a few other people with nicer cars and they all said yes, but just not that day. We found that people with more expensive cars, so value it more, said yes and the people with not so expensive cars, and so didn't really care, said no

True, but I used the customer's water so the water usage wasn't a problem. And I didn't really NEED to save time as I had nothing else to do that day 🤣 thanks though mate

Ah that's true. The thing is though, people don't usually react that much in real life. Most reactions you see on KZbin from this sort of thing are either exaggerated, or they're American 🤣 he didn't have much of a reaction. Just said "yeah that looks great, thanks" haha

To be fair folk these days are constantly warned by Trading Standards and the Police to beware of cold callers (there's often messages on Facebook and Nextdoor) - unless they happen to be into detailing themselves and/or watch KZbin they might not realise you are legit and a decent company and fear there is something dodgy going on..

Could you do a video where you clean and protect a car using only one brand? Obviously equipment is gonna not be the same but things like mitts and towels one brand and chemicals the other sort of thing and at the same time give your opinion on it all. Ez I know you use but it would be nice to see a higher range. AutoGlanz is an underrated one and a great one to go with!

Do you offer scratch removal mate? I'm in Manchester too.. I've just got a 2019 Golf GTI 3 weeks ago with a scratch on lower passenger rear door, Finger nail barely catches on it on worst part... I have my own Machine polishers and will be doing a full correction, but don't feel confident possibly sanding the scratch and trying to at least make it look better. I've only ever polished about 4-5 cars myself just do it as a hobby as it relaxes me cleaning my car. Nice one mate

The problem is nobody trusts anyone these days, especially if they just come knocking on your door. Either they think you'll drive off with the car, damage it or give them a bill at the end of it after you"ve said it would be free. Fair play to house that said yes i guess.
