Mark if you’re looking for hand cream I work for the body shop and we do loads of hand creams with Shea butter in so they’re amazing for dry skin! If you’re looking for a heavy duty one then get the hemp hand cream! It’s one of our best sellers just read the reviews it’s amazing! It also lasts up to 20 washes on the hand because it’s a barrier cream so you don’t need to keep applying!!

So this is quite important answering your question about your hands being dry , when I was younger (around 6-9 years old) I hated being sick because it was so painful so after doing anything I washed my hands. This caused them to start to get dry, then they cracked, then they bleed. Everyday they were bleeding and they weren’t normal fingers anymore they were sharp and pointy because of they dry skin. I had to go to the doctors and got a special soap so that when I regularly washed my hands the soap wouldn’t dry them out. I know this isn’t life threatening but I thought I could help xx

@Mark - it could be the sanitizer your using (or another cleaning product you might come into contact with); i had the same problem, constantly washing my hands and turned out to be my sanitizer. It would probably be ok in normal doses, but not every 5 minutes! :D

I honestly have the same problem! I wash my hands way too much too and they always got so so dry! Now I get the carex moisturising one and it honestly helps so much as I can still wash my hands as many times as I please but don't get dry skin :) might not help immediately so iust keep using it and give it a chance :) hope this helps :) xx

It’s really common for imposter syndrome to be something Internet / reality tv stars feel, simply because of the nature of “All I Did was to be myself” and that never feels like ‘enough’ of a reason to be able to feel like you’ve achieved and therefore allow success to feel deserved. I’m not an expert but if you were my friend I would say, babe, let it be. It is what it is. You ARE successful and no one is forcing your audience to watch you, you have the charisma that people want to watch, you don’t have to be worthy because really hardly anyone is. Enjoy it, live it like it might run out one day, accept every opportunity that makes you excited. - And side note for anyone who says it’s only because of Zoe or you’re only friends for fame. Don’t take that, obviously her audience wildly helped achieve a bigger audience a lot quicker than someone who didn’t, that is a mere perk of being best friends. You’d of continued to make videos regardless / or quit and got another job - no one knows what alternate life they would of had if they didn’t do/make little choices every single day. I for one know that I am a subscriber from seeing you on Zoe’s Chanel but it’s still because of you. I wouldn’t of seen you if you hadn’t of popped up where I was watching BUT I wouldn’t of come over if you weren’t so honest, funny, silly, and there’s just something about you. I had to go to the docs Cos I washed my hands so much they started cracking and bleeding. I used to have to slather Vaseline on my hands REALLY THICK at night and sleep with gloves on. Ridiculous but my hands would be silky smooth when I woke up! Defo worth doing even if it’s only once a week.

Any aqueous cream works best for dry skin - it has no added fragrance & really moisturizes your skin. Be careful of over-washing your hands because it can easily bring on eczema (like it did for me). Hope this helps !❤️

Mark I have OCD and I was my hands at least 100 times a day and hands down (lol pun) use Cath Kidston hand cream in a metal tube and it is SOOO much better than ANY hand cream I've used and I've used ALOT so please try that xxxxx

Hi mark, after hearing you say about your dry hands, have a look at Neil's yard remedies online. They're London based I think and their products are Ll natural and so so good. I have bad eczema and with a week's worth of daily applications of their wild rose beauty balm it's completely gone. :D x

I'd actually conjecture you don't have imposter syndrome (basically since you're not as oblivious to your own accomplishments.. you may be denying them or shunning the thought of being successful by your own actions but you're well aware of your succes and popoluriaty wheres a person with imposter syndrome wouldn't be aware of it or would not be able to accept it...) Try to ponder the possibility that you might have illusry suprirority but you're so afraid of having it that you totally denying it by all means. (Love ya btw👍🏻)

I hate germs aswell. I use sensitive soap and hand sanitizer. But when my hands get dry I use Aveeno, which is not sticky or anything. I have the hand cream in my bag and the daily moisturizer at home (bigger bottle). That might help.
