Mark, tips for avocado: Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado after cutting it in half. Just go around the edges and slowly down to the bottom, then plop it out. To get it nice and mashed, put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork (this is the time to add salt, pepper, or even salsa)
