This is an old video, but as Brazilian, I must explain: Açaí is fruit from Amazonia, very popular in Brazil. I don't like it but with fruits, it is eaten almost frozen. You can add strawberries, banana, syrup, granola and a whole bunch of things. It can also be eaten with salted foods, but honestly, I have no idea how it works (the region where I live don't really eat it as a salted thing). About the pronunciation, in Portuguese, this Ç sounds like S and the signal on top of Í means it is an open sound and stronger than the other vowels. =D Loved the video!

9:34 I might be wrong but in biology we learnt that carrots are actually naturally purple and white, but the orange colour you see on ‘normal’ carrots is genetically modified because it contains better nutrients for sight. I forgot what said nutrients is called but it helps prevent blindness or something, it’s in the orange colour. So that’s where the saying carrots help you see in the dark cake from, it doesn’t really, just prevents you from going blind. Don’t attack me plz if I got the facts wrong :D
