She explains this in another video, it’s really just genetics. Muscle definition is def training but rather low body fat percentage is her genetic makeup-where her body likes to be for its most efficient energy expenditure and not all that ^^ ‘self control’ stuff that diet culture tells us is the key

I remember watching your vidoes more than a month ago and it changed my relationship with food I started enjoying food more as well working out really hard at the gym, somewhere in between my relationship with food went downhill again and I lost weight in an unhealthy manner however today after watching this video I’m going to go enjoy some of my favourite foods, Thankyou so much ❣️

In the Netherlands it’s actually the opposite with peanut-butter (in Jumbo and Albert Hein at least) because they have 100% full peanut only butter and it’s cheaper because instead of using different ingredients it’s only peanuts so it costs less to make. Just a little fact😅

I hate that I would have so much anxiety about eating this meal instead of just enjoying it. I’ve been in recovery for an eating disorder for the last six years and have suffered with it for over a decade now. I had a bad relapse last summer after doing somewhat okay for a few years. But your videos inspire me to get to a point where I’m not obsessing over food or limiting myself to certain foods and just having a healthy relationship with food. I don’t approve of diet culture but having a healthy relationship with food and your body is so important.

I have a few bomb/weird recipes for you to try... 1. Oats cooked with mashed banana, grated zucchini, a tiny dash of salt, some cinnamon and some stevia or other sweetener, topped with frozen blueberries and throw some baby spinach in there while it’s Hot (the blueberries melt in and the spinach wilts) and lastly eaten with avocado 2. Oats cooked in the microwave with grated zucchini, cinnamon and stevia. Put that in a jar, cover and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can either reheat it or have it cold. Top with protein powder, applesauce, thawed frozen berries, walnuts and dried mulberries 3. Oats cooked with mashed banana, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger powder, stevia, chia seeds and topped with frozen thawed berries and peanut butter powder or regular pb
