I came to realise that you don't need to torture yourself if you have one of those bad days. Through all the bad days I've been though over the years, I learnt to crochet pretty well and have taken up art (painting, writing, making songs etc). Even if that's all I can do on that day, I feel like I've accomplished something, no one else has to see it either. That's it, rant over 😆
