Sorry but your tsuyu sauce is not vegan. There's no tsuyu sauce that's vegan. You have to make it your own to veganize it.

I did my research on it and made sure to buy one without any animal products. I even checked the ingredient list just now and couldn’t find any.

There's some that's with bonito and other's with anchovies in it. Even with the mixture of both. First thing first, Vegans doenst eat fish. It's not only animal products but everything called animal, fish, cheese, dairy, eggs and everything that's in sauces, ingredients that's in products you have to shek if there's no this and that.
