1998 -2007 I amassed 400+ game used mems, 200+ on card autos and countless RC cards. I never came close to spending the10 K this dude just burned doing it. Hell, Upper Deck sent me the Tiger Woods rookie promo card for free FFS. I don't understand why anybody would collect today, Panini and the hobby overall is a joke.

I just watched a 2 case opening last night on whatnot. That second case was LOADED!! That gem card that came from the second case pulled the most sought after card. The 1/1 black diamond CC. This gem box was auctioned for just under 1300 bucks! It was insane! Beautiful card too.

So, I know you have to pay for VIP to have access to these packs but how does the process work to get the packs? Do you just have to attend the party or do you have to buy the packs?

Because these are relatively thin packs with 2-3 cards, I'd recommend abstaining from the "Tug and Rip" method of opening packs that most of amateurs do. What happens, is there's pressure applied to the corners as your pull the pack apart at the seam. The method I've used which I adopted from a LCS is to simply take scissors, then cut the upper lip of the wrapper and pour the cards out into your hand. It looks more elegant and white glove treatment as opposed to the barbaric way you hear the wrappers crinkle and forced open. If you're paying $100 a pack, you should be more gentle to increase the odds of submitted cards for grading to earn the PSA 10.

The value range is absolutely nuts. Low floor and high ceiling. Get 10 of them and it's a $1000 hobby box. I guess that isn't bad considering you are only getting the "hits" and hardly any base. But honestly I was a bit disappointed with the silver pack redemption process and how Panini handled it. Was not a smooth process.
