Awesome we love Labaderas Brazilian BBQ & Bar. It is highly recommended, the food and cocktails are delicious.

I am a Marlborough native of 43 years and my wife and I love your restaurant. When we want to get fat on Brazi food we get a to-go box from Pruller. But, when we want a nice night out with FANTASTIC cocktails and some HIGH QUALITY Brazi food, we go to Labaredas!

I’m one of the many that convinced some coworkers to take the 40 minute detour from our work site in Boston just to meet the “tequila” guy that taught me what to drink. No regrets, not only was the food great but you were just as friendly in person. I enjoyed drinking some nice tequila with you. Will be back the first chance I get. Keep up the great content

Awesome story. Thank you for being uncomfortable and allowing us a glimpse into your family history and journey. I found your channel about a year ago and have always wondered about your restaurant and bar. Cheers to five years and many more. 🥃

Dear Lui I want to thank you for bringing me along on a trip I, ( and the rest of my family ) would never have thought possible. I had decided that Tequila, and margs, was to be my go to drink. But the flavors found in the tequila I was drinking (Milagro,Herradura, Jose) was off putting. It wasnt until I started listening to you, and the "3 guys" who blind taste various alcohols that I began to understand. The whole " no additives" is huge. My quest is now to own the hard to find great tequilas. My family thinks I'm nuts ! It wasn't until I was with my family last weekend, camping and sitting around a campfire sipping Siete 7 anejo when my son said, " I get it, Dad". Thank you I am fortunate to live 2 towns over. You should talk about your food once in a while

Bravo Lui!! Very interesting journey, really happy it all worked out for you! Be sure we will visit your restaurant if we go to Massachusetts! You are the one who made me discover and appreciate good tequila, tequila cocktails and even mezcal. Since then, I was able to get my hand on good bottles - Cascahuin, Cazcanes, Mijenta, Artenom, Arette, El Tesoro, Derrumbes, Origen Raiz, …. Merci beaucoup et toutes mes félicitations à toi et ta famille!

Coming from watching the Guy Fieri video to this, I'm glad you took some notes from what he mentioned. YES highlight / advertise your restaurant. You updated your apron with the name of the rest. Highlight some of your dishes. Do your own little version of triple D and show some dishes like you do with drinks. A piece of advice from an AV nerd, if you haven't done so invest in a lavalier mic. I recommend the rode mic, you can have it wireless. It will help improve audio quality, and it will make the audio quality even. I'm in NYS and I vacation to Boston every few years. I have added your rest to my must stops of Thruway 90. I want to personally thank you and say I hate you for getting me into additive free tequila, especially Fortaleza, because I can't find the repo anywhere. I wish you the best!!

This is an amazing story to hear, and knowing that the risk that was taken is paying dividends to this day still is awesome! Kind of like a restaurant hotel I work at, that was beginning construction in 2018 and they originally planned on opening in June 2020. They delayed it until August. We we're having issues staying afloat and one person decided since we have a random banquet hall that isn't being used to try out weddings. After Easter 2021 when we were allowed to open and tried it out, and was slammed on that alone for years. I'm still there as an OG, done hundreds of weddings, and I love it. Seeing something from the ground up is hard to describe but truly wonderful.

Great informative content as always. I've been following you for a while, but, since the Guy Fieri interview, I was very interested in your restaurant. Now I know the name and type of of restaurant it is. Congrats on 5 years, it's quite the accomplishment! Now showcase your food! How about a craft cocktail and food pairing? How about a behind the scenes of prep work and what it takes even before the doors open, al la "Mis en Place" like on the "Eater" KZbin channel?

I’ve been a subscriber for quite some time now, and have enjoyed and learned a lot from your videos. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of your family and your journey in the restaurant/bar business through this video! I owned and operated my own business for all of my adult life. The pandemic ushered me into an early retirement at about the time you were getting started. You, young man, have A LOT to be proud of. It warms my heart to see the success that you and your family are now experiencing because of all of your hard work and effort, along with a “never quit” attitude. I’m sure that the future holds many good things for you and your family. Well done, sir! And, keep these videos coming!
