It’s crazy to think you opened that many packs or lost origin and Astral radiance back in the day. It must’ve been a really good feeling to pull the Giratina. This era was just brutal. I love crown, but these other sets were tough. My two big goals for this year are to sell off some of my extra cards and add a little bit of money to buy a clean latias ex from surging sparks. I also would like to buy three booster boxes of team rocket to keep sealed. I’m hoping to add the milotic too if I get the other goals. Every time I can finally see in sky boxes I’ll definitely be buying those to rip with the family. We had a nice little rip session over the weekend and my kid pulled the leafeon and glaceon and my partner pulled the darkrai. Happy new year man!

Haha yea i used to open a crazy amount of packs back then, and thats noting i have opened way more of Chilling Reign and Fusion strike. Honestly thats the best way to get missing pieces for the collection, by just selling the extras and the ones you dont want. Glad to hear you guys had a great rip session, definitely enjoy and cherish those memories.

Happy New Year once again! LOL - it's a funny experience to watch opening of packs from collections I have no idea about! It's nice to look at the artwork and hits nevertheless, though! My goal is to complete 151 somehow (wishful thinking, haha!), or get as close as possible at least, and to work on Pristmatic Evolutions with my girls - less than 2 weeks to go to that new madness!

You can find cheap packs out there if you are looking to just rip, every i get i get for a deal or below msrp. Like these etb i bought for black friend from target at $20 a piece

Happy New Year. My goal is to complete 151 as I started with gen 1 and stopped buying cards then since I was a kid with limited money. Now as an adult I joined late so I'm trying to find good deals since there are no packs at retail in NYC.

Thats a nice collecting goal to have. one of my goals is also to finally complete my master set as well with all the variants. How many cards are you missing? Also i recommend waiting till February that the blooming water boxes will be out, that is your best chance.
