i think you should make a trail with like 70% wood things
@metallic5spd2 жыл бұрын
lots of skinny's and lots of other wooden features i think should def be part of it!! Everytime you ride them in your videos you get stoked!!! You could even make a specialty trail that is strictly wooden features/skinny's. So jealous!!!!

You should do a co-op video with Mark Matthews, building one of the many trails that will be created on this property. Maybe even make it a series, where you partner with another trail builder/rider to build a trail, each partnership a new trail is built, start to finish. It would give you and another creator great content from 2 different perspectives.

Think of the possibilities. Massive rock gardens and rock rolls. Insane steeps to just barrel down at speed. Using fell trees as ladder bridges. Its almost impossible to imagine where and when to stop. Jumps into north shore features back to jumps into tech and then into steeps. There is just… so much to see, do, build, mark out and ride. Forget the Boostmaster Bungalow, this is the Boostmaster Stoke District. The bear family may be a bit adverse to everything going on, but they’ll grow accustomed I’m sure.

For the Ivy I would recommend trying stem injection. Do some research on it but it’s basically injecting herbicide into parts of the ivy plant and in a couple weeks it will all be dead and fall off the trees and in not long it will all degrade away. I did it where I used to live in our backyard. We had 40-50 large Gum trees that all were covered in I’ve and the ground was covered too, a few hours injecting the herbicide (roundup) in our case and came back to it after 2 weeks to all of the ivy dead on the ground.
@bmaclaps2 жыл бұрын
That's a really diverse landscape. Looks awesome! Even though there's a ton of that ivy there, looks like english ivy, it's fairly easy to control once you knock it all back. It's also easy to pull up out of the ground. Don't leave cut vines in the woods because it can sprout roots still. Best to burn it or take to the dump.

j got to the rock slide ravine part, I would say maybe switchbacks crossing it, but banking on a solid trail through the thing will be hard as the water flow and constant climate changes will make it difficult to maintain. Only my two cents, keep up the amazing work.
