@@Rzarecteh It's not the avocado itself. It's what you season it with. You can blend it with milk and sugar into the creamiest fruit smoothie you can think of, use it as filler in any salad, or do like Seth did here and use it as a substitute for mayonez.

Here’s a tip: when slicing the avocado into cubes use the back of the knife. It cuts the the avocado with a breeze without cutting through the skin.

In Vietnam , they have avocados as dessert. They mash it then mix with sugar or condensed milk. It's really good. They also have avocado smoothie, again the avocado, condensed milk or sugar and some ice then blend in all up. It tastes good as well.

I wonder how many people are going to the hospital with avocado hand as a result of this video! However confident you are of your knife skills, it’s smart to use a butter knife if you’re slicing it in hand. The ER sees knives through the hand on a weekly basis because of avocado. Also my preferred recipe: a little olive oil on the bread, avocado, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, lemon rind, lots of sea salt on top.

My avocado toast is similar, but I like to add chopped red onions, a few herbs (cilantro, basil and or mint) and I grill my sourdough bread with a little butter...gives the sourdough that extra umph flavor...and I poach the egg (cause I like runny yolk)
