He went with ad to cart as that was the only data he had from the traffic campaign. If he targeted conversions it would be stuck in learning phase until it began generating sales. I think add to cart targeting was the right thing to do = there's data there to optimise for and it shows conversion intent. I'd also look at basket abandonment remarketing, run a discount offer or some form of giveaway to incentivise them.

if you can't run your own store, than winning this one wouldn't do anything for you. You'd have some profit for a few months and then not be able to figure out why sales drop off and all of a sudden you're exactly where you started. Stop looking for a shortcut and actually put in the work to get better, if you can't do that then you DESERVE to be working a 9-5, so just stick with that and stop pretending you're more than a drone. Asking for help to get better is one thing, asking someone to do literally all of the work and just hand over something to you shows a complete and utter lack of character. You won't get anywhere, even if given something for free, until you fix that mentality. The first part is obviously the hardest, but until you can actually make a sale consistently, you do not have the formula down, and no amount of handing you infrastructure is going to help the fundamental lack of understanding. You absolutely HAVE to at least get to the point where you can get people to buy things from you. Until then, you don't understand enough to take over another store without running it into the ground. So stop hoping for that, it's a lot more embarrassing to fail after being given all the tools than it is to just fail.

Hello, I really appreciate all of your good work.. I enjoyed watching the Fiverr challenge. I learned a lot about how ECOM really works. I haven't started an ECOM store yet mainly due to my time and money budget. I recently started watching how to dropshipping videos in an effort to learn the best way to enter the business. I am approaching retirement and I am looking for suitable supplements to my social security. I am not tech or social media savvy,so a lot of time I get lost in the terminology and my research gets put on hold. I believe it I was handed a store completely set up for me to manage It could be same as going into a retail store and getting a job with a job description. From there I can learn the mechanics and duplicate them to set up other stores. In a year or two I can match or better my current income while working from home. As a fairly experienced media buyer for ECommerce (14x ROAS record for a dropshipped product) The media buyer did the right things. Test and retarget the entire funnel top to bottom, I'd be testing bit by bit but he was limited. And only payed £89.... My standard price is £1k monthly lol.
