Avoid pitfalls with your dog grooming setup, I made the mistakes so you didn't have to. I planned this dog grooming salon set-up for 20 years! When grooming a dog, like any profession, your productivity relies heavily on your knowledge, tool choice, and workspace set-up. I realized after years of grooming what I would change if I had to do it all over again. Well, guess what, I had to do it all over again after grooming professionally for over 20 years. However, I was very excited to have the opportunity to relocate and build a brand new dog grooming salon-especially because I wanted to make it the perfect grooming room for me and the dogs I groom.
In this video, I will walk you through my new salon and explain the thought process behind building my new dog grooming salon. Great new space, Amy!! Beautiful! Hey what type of tub drain do you use? The prices vary so much I’m curious to know what you prefer? Just a little basket type thing or do you think the full drain assembly system is worth the higher cost? My tub has a hair trap built into the drain but I also us a simple strainer/stopper in the drain to catch as much hair before entering my septic system and try to prevent hair going into the trap. I can post a link here to my drain trap if that helps. Here's a link: amzn.to/49tAo68

Many folks now spend a lot of time in RV's with their pups and it is impossible to find a groomer when we move around so much.
