Friends! Welcome to the brand new 7 days to die series where I play 100 days of the game over the course of 10, 10 day episodes.
This will be episode 6 where we find our footing in the new revamped world of 7 days to die. In this episode, I die multiple times and continue to fight for my life on horde nights resulting in a huge overhaul of my situation. Watch until the end to see the new base design!

You are still having a problem where spider zombies(and dogs/crawlers) are below your line of sight and banging on your blocks uninterrupted. Thats one thing that keeps causing the breaches. Railings or any other block that is see and shoot through so you can take them out are a must. It seems your new base may take that into account but its easy to forget during horde night to look down and check every once in a while. Cant wait for the next episode!

For your horde base you can make the walkway using the pole shape then putting in the bars shape so they have to jump over it. You can either go straight or zigzag. They will fall off making it a lot easier to manage.

I built Eckos base too... its a good base especially when you get it to all Cement with the fence traps and the pit. Exposives are your friend :)

I really don't rate that base. Made one myself. It's awful. Such a waste of materials ans takes a tone to repair after. They love attacking one side of the stairs.

knock down one wall of the pathway you made and add the puncher things to knock half the horde off constantly so you dont get overrun

Ive just done the day 63 hoard in that base, the switchback did the clown call it. It does not work on console unfortunately. Zombies have been glitching through the ground. Not digging. There are no holes. They get under the grenade pit and dig around. I can not get to them. They didn't burrow there. I have to turn the game off to reset the zombies then dig a hole to get to the hole they created. My pit is all steel. My stairs are all steel yet they are kicking seven shades out of them. One set only. The blocks with the 3 sets of ladders on are taking a beating as well. 3 blocks got taken out, they were steel. It survived the demo's and everything else. I just cant be constantly digging out the floof to fill in the tunnels they make .

Hey syzen so i got an idea for a automatic horde base, just dig a huge hole straight down far enough for the zombies to not get out and place traps in the hole with turrents on the side in the walls and the zombies come in one direction (most of the time) so they just fall through the whole and take massive damage. Is it gonna work?

you can make mineral water, it's very easy to make over a campfire and it's very good

you can use esteroids to ignores spraign effects, and if you put 1 point into phisycian you can instant heal then with a splint or a cast

you should have tried the stun baton that thing is GOOD i have stunned entire hordes of zombies on horde night with it on max zombie count before and if you get the right skills and have the right buffs active you gain the same amount of stamina that you loose by swinging it it is broken

I think I saw the main issue to your horde base: you should have put half blocks (or ramp 6m)i think) on the sides of the walkway to force the zombies in a single file so they fall through the holes in the middle every now and then

Can't wait to play stable when it comes out next week. My plan is to do playthrough where i start at the top of Dishong inside the loot room. I will then have to fight my way down and out of Dishong tower clearing the floors as i go and then somehow transform the tower into a horde base, and repairing the tower to a pre blown up state.

@@isyzen it's tough but that's hard you made it 2 hours last hord 🤣 and tier 5++ is not possible few quick things in short if you like :) - you need preacher gloves (20-50% undead DMG added) donno if you got them, assassin outfit plus some points in 'hidden strike' an other skills for sneak dmg like this you can one shot zombies while sneaking with bow and arrow or silent guns = quick easy progress in POI In hord base make a 'zombie dropper' make for exp a ____ flat iron door in your path between blocks where you can reach the door from ur position inside when it's closed zombies see it as path to you but if you open it you have some time to repair or heal.. after close it and zombies path to you again.. electric fence are Hugh for late game hords plus you should increase penetration skill 👍🏻 try to tap more heads instead of spraying and use Buff candys and 2-3 coffee befor hord 👌 Love the vids anyways crazy fun to watch :) if the crap above is nothing for you then just keep up and have sum fun dude 😎
