I wanted to tell you both, I found your channel. I don’t know a 7 months ago. I just celebrated four years sober on April 20. What happens when sobriety is a lot of us start gambling or doing other stuff kind of just to blow off the steam sometimes. Anyway, my journey to recovery was an amputation of my right arm. Pretty much killed the gym for me. But I watched Matt’s transformation, he just did it by not eating as much. So that’s me. I’m down 18 pounds now. I’m on the journey. I have about 60 more to go.
