Hmm I think if you are planning to do 200 maybe 300 days you should slowly expand your walls out and destroy the last layer to give you more room to build within your walls and maybe you saw keep a row of units permanently stationed on each wall like the cannoniers and ballistas with many buffs like the damage from the banner and the range from the wall pieces and then spilt up your troops to help each wall but this is just a suggestion

Use windows. They strengthen walls so well, the range buffs are so helpful and walls will multiple floors give alot of attack power rather than shoving everyone at the top. Also expand your base. Space is needed. Every 5 nights, the horrors will focus on one direction, but will attack in overwhelming numbers.
