I thought your Stardew Tile Challenge run was interesting, and was delighted to find that you also played a bit of Palworld, a game which I also recently picked up. Love your voice over style and occasional whacky edits (Hangry Dance, lol). Here are several thoughts I had throughout this video: - I, along with many others also initially dismissed galeclaw when I found out it was a glider and not a flying mount. But holy crap is it the fastest glider in the game. Dodging attacks during boss fights suddenly becomes quite trivial. Now galeclaw is considered an invaluable mid game party staple. - Alphas used to have a health advantage over regular pals, especially legendaries who would retain their boss health, but that's no longer the case. There was even a glitch in v0.1.4.1 and earlier where you could catch tower bosses, and they also had their ridiculous tower health. Now they all have normal health, even for those of us that kept the tower bosses in our palboxes. - So what advantage does an alpha pal have over a normal one? If you are familiar with pokemon, pals have a similar hidden stat called IVs (Individual Values). In Palworld this value is 0-100 for attack, defence, and health. Alphas are instead 50-100. A pal with 100 health IVs will have 30% more health than a pal with 0 health IVs. - Throwing a pal at a station does replace the pal already working on it, but that assumes the game actually registers what you are throwing your pal at, and it doesn't give you the error message of "no suitable workstation", which was quite buggy in v0.1.3.0 - I also built my first base quite near your first base, and also abandoned it after realising a lot of the space was wasted. I also made sure to set structure decay to 0 in the world settings so all my old stuff would remain there forever. I did this after my friend built a house outside of a base and it despawned into its materials :( - Electric organs can simply be bought from certain merchants for 200 each. The one at the Small Settlement sells them. Pal fluids are also now purchasable from merchants as of a more recent update, and are also rancheable with kelpsea. - I'm not sure if you didn't realise, and I never saw you do it the entire video, but you can press control to dodge roll just like a Souls game. Probably would help you survive a little longer. - To answer your question my favourite pal is Petalia. She does a little dance when growing crops and her petting animation is adorable.

When running around with Daedreams or Dazzis, you can tell them to stop attacking though the pal interaction wheel. That also stops your summoned pal from attacking stuff while it still can take attacks for you.

My favorite Pal is for sure Felbat! I'm not sure if you knew and just hadn't decided to play around with it yet, but breeding different pals together can get you new pals! Each pair breeds a specific Pal, so if you find one you like, you can keep breeding the parents with traits you'd like on it to try and get a good combo of them. That pretty much all breeding is for: New pals, Trait Breeding, or Condenser Fodder. If you'd care for a personal suggestion, I think you'd love the passive you get on the child bred from a Felbat and a Vanwyrm ;) They were the first pair I ever bred in my first playthrough and I was not disappointed! There are plenty of calculators online if you'd like to look for specific pals or just take a gander at what a specific pair will breed before using the cakes on them, but I'd love to see more use of the breeding pen during 200 days!

i looked a little about the breeding after recording and was *overwhelmed* by all the info, but it does seem fun! didn't really think about mixing them til i looked at a chart and was stunned! it's so cool how they've done it!!!
