I saw a whole playthrough of Punch club (at least when it came out), and i am amazed by your capacity to play without "waiting" ability xD It helps so much to rebuild your stamina, by focusing on only dodging and counterattacks, without any punchs/kicks

In case you are still playing the game, when training, as the circles start shrinking into slivers of their normal selves, you're getting less effect. So you need to alternate your exercises
