I Played a Disc Golf Tournament with Only a Glitch

In this video, I play a PDGA Sanctioned tournament with only a MVP Glitch. The Glitch is a PDGA Approved hybrid disc that is intended to be used for a game of catch as well as out on the disc golf course - and I am a big fan of it.
There was a lot of thought and time that went into making this video and risking my rating to do something as silly as this. What kind of fun is life if you take it too seriously?

I would love to see you do a tournament with weird discs only. Elevation, glitch, arobie epic... etc. I think that would be a really fun video! And If you havent tried their discs yet Doomsday discs has some of the most experimental discs on the market, I'd love to see you make a video on their landmine or bunker buster.

I haven't seen a lot of "Glitch hate". People seem to like the Glitch but they also know it's not a great disc to use in many situations. It's fun, it floats and is super glidey. It doesn't take a lot of power to get distance with it. It's definitely a great disc to have in your bag for many reasons. Cool video though! You do better than I do with a Glitch only run as I've tried many times and can't seem to not blow up on at least a couple holes.

I swear the universe is telling me to go play. I have never played disc golf. I was good with a frisbee as a kid though so no idea if that will translate over. Anyways a few weeks ago I got in contact with my childhood best friend and he plays and wants me to go play. Then last week smarter everyday, a channel I have been following for 10+ years, uploads a video on making discs, then tonight I get recommended the Aerobie Epic video. Whats strange is this Glitch video I watched like 8 months ago or whenever it was recommended to a lot of people. Again I have never played or really cared about the sport but for some reason the universe is telling me to. Anyways I was thinking about ordering a glitch as my first disc since it seems like it can do a lot as a single disc and if I dont like the sport then I can use it as a frisbee or like a cat water bowl or something.

I love my glitch to death but it does not play well in a bag I’ve noticed. I left my bag in my hot car and went to use my discs a few days later. Every disc was fine except my glitch, it was warped. I was able to fix it by putting in on my 3d printer bed while it was hot and putting some weight on it to flatten it out. From now on I don’t leave it in my bag, only time it’s in there is when I’m playing a round. Otherwise it’s on a flat surface.

I'm with broderic. on this one... if you think the glitch sucks.. it's because you suck.. it does what you tell it to do and is a VERY fun disc imo ... i mean simon loves it and uses it pretty regularly lol to be fair i don't use it much during a round and i never use it for putting because the lip feels weird for how i put and it's too light for me but far as throwing it i love it for dead straight shots or soft anny back hands

I am personally not a glitch fan too many variables between conditions in the Watt (basically a max weight glitch) it has totally replaced my berg and continues to amaze. I would love to see you do a video comparing the glitch and the Watt.
